If you reside in a major metropolitan area, deliveries are often completed on the earlier side of this spectrum (sometimes as quickly as 48 hours post-dispatch). For more remote or rural locations, please allow the full 5-day window for our couriers to navigate local delivery routes effectively.

4. Understanding Your Tracking Status

Once you receive your tracking link via SMS, you may encounter several different status updates as your package moves through the logistics network. Here is a brief guide to understanding what these statuses mean:

  • Processing / Order Confirmed: Your order has been successfully verified by our team and is currently being packed in our fulfillment center.
  • Dispatched / Picked Up: Your package has officially left our warehouse and is currently in the possession of the local courier company.
  • In Transit: The package is moving between regional distribution hubs. This status may remain active for 1 to 3 days depending on the distance between the origin facility and your local delivery depot.
  • Out for Delivery: Excellent news! The package is currently on the local delivery vehicle and will arrive at your specified address by the end of the day. Our courier will typically attempt to call you beforehand to ensure you are available.
  • Attempted Delivery: The courier attempted to deliver the package but no one was available to receive it. They will automatically attempt delivery again on the following business day.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

To ensure maximum security and peace of mind for our customers, we operate primarily on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model. This means you do absolutely not have to enter your credit card information online or pay a single cent until the physical product is in your hands.

When tracking your order, please prepare the exact amount in cash (or have your debit/credit card ready if the local courier supports portable card terminals) for the day your package shows as "Out for Delivery". If you are unable to be home on the delivery day, please ensure that a trusted family member or neighbor is available at the address with the necessary funds to receive the package on your behalf.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While our logistics partners maintain a 99.8% successful delivery rate, we understand that unprecedented delays can occasionally happen due to severe weather conditions, unforeseen traffic disruptions, or systemic courier errors. If your package has been marked as "In Transit" for more than 7 business days, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team immediately.

In the highly unlikely event that your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, or if the package arrives with visible physical damage to the exterior box, please notify us within 24 hours. We will immediately launch an investigation with the courier and, if necessary, dispatch a priority replacement completely free of charge. It is completely normal for tracking statuses to remain static for 24 to 48 hours while the package is physically moving long distances between major sorting hubs. Scans typically only update when the package is unloaded at a new regional facility. If it has been more than 3 days without an update, please reach out to our support team.

Address modifications can only be made while the order is in the "Processing" stage. Once the package has been handed over to the courier and marked as "Dispatched", we are unable to alter the destination address. If an emergency arises, you may communicate directly with the courier driver when they call you on the day of delivery.
